Welcome

The A.S. Recycling Program is operated and funded by the students at the University of California, Santa Barbara in order to provide an efficient and lasting recycling infrastructure that adapts to the progress of technology. Just a reminder that UCSB is now collecting compostable material (food scraps etc.) with the newly installed composting compartments in the recycling clusters. There are three of these clusters in the Arbor, one at the UCen area, one by the Courtyard Cafe and one by the Coral Tree Cafe that have been changed to contain a “compost” bin. Some of our volunteers will be there for this first week to help you place the right items in the right bins of the berthas. For more information or clarification you can contact us via email or phone call.
