Thank you for choosing to compost & recycle at your event with Associated Students Recycling (ASR)! ASR will process the information below and will e-mail you a proposed bin quote/set up plan within a week of the original submission. Please review the quote and confirm with us as soon as possible so that we can ensure all event waste services run smoothly!

For Associated Students groups, please fill out an AS requisition form as a purchase order when receiving a quote. We will need 5 days notice before your event to receive proof of the purchase order, be it a scanned document or a picture, then the requisition will need to passed into AS Admin.

Any events that require service before 8am or after 8pm will be subject to an increased labor charge. All student workers make “time and a half” during early/late hours, so events happening during these hours will have to commit to paying an increased labor charge.

Note: We are unable to service your event if a request form is not submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. Anyone requesting waste services within 14 days of an event will be referred to the self-service program or the Facilities Management program. Email us at for more information about these options.
